Discovering L'Instant T

L'Instant T is a unique culinary experience in Toulouse. Winner of the Vanel d'Or 2018, Clément BOYÉ and his team sublimate local products and simple and qualitative raw materials to serve you refined dishes with unexpected flavours. 

The Chef and his team offer you a menu, renewed every three weeks, aligned with seasonal products and desires. The meats, vegetables, fruits and catch of the day come from the region, guaranteeing more freshness. 

The main room is meticulously decorated with a few inspired touches recalling the proximity of the Cité de l'Espace. Enveloping lights, constellations of planet plates on the wall, Instant T sets the tone and invites its customers to experience a change of scenery.

MEET OUR CHEF

Where experience and passion meet

  Clément Boyé born in Haute Garonne in 1990,   developed a passion for cooking from an early age.

His passion was transmitted to him by epoking various passionate chefs, who knew how to share their know-how, and the taste for working with good products. Due to his talent, he quickly became head chef at the Mercure de Saint-Lary, before joining our brigade in 2022. Surrounded by his kitchen assistant Rajesh Codandabany and his entire brigade, he shares his passion for flavors and customer satisfaction.

Her favorite dish is the homemade stew, specially made by her grandmother.

And his signature dish is a snacked tuna steak, submerged in a truffled virgin sauce, accompanied by

its cannelloni stuffed with spinach and ricotta.

The Instant T brigade is made up of young and dynamic talents who have been able to develop their skills and know-how, by mobilizing towards a common passion, catering.

With a wealth of experience in very good establishments in Toulouse and its surroundings, the Instant T brigade has been able to satisfy its customers by adhering to the values of the establishment. Today, a team cohesion is felt in their dishes of perfection, the restaurant's suggestions are established within the brigade where everyone has their say.
